Information You Need
Below you will find all the information you need prior to booking your event. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!
Weather Policy / Rain Checks
*We do not provide rain checks or rain dates. If your event is rained out and no indoor backup location has been established, you can use your deposit towards another event that is to take place within 1 year of the original event. Attraction availability is not guaranteed for a rescheduled event.
*To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given – at least 24 hours prior to the start of your event. Cancellation of event with less than 24 hours notice, due to unexpected weather conditions, forfeits entire deposit. The deposit can however, still be credited to your account and applied towards another event within 1 year from cancelled event. Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any refund. Cancel or reschedule an event by calling (269) 628-2428. All rescheduled events are based on equipment availability and are not guaranteed until re-booking is complete.
* Vertical Edge Entertainment requires a 50%, non-refundable deposit for all events. Your deposit and signed contract/rental agreement guarantees your booking.
* The remaining balance is due the day of your event, prior to set-up.
Contract & Rental Agreement
*Paying the deposit and signing the contract/rental agreement is what confirms your event. If your contract is not signed and/or we do not receive a deposit, your event is not confirmed (unless prior written arrangements have been made).
*Inflatables are always anchored with either stakes or sandbags. Be sure to communicate when booking your event what surface you plan to have the attractions on.
*Vertical Edge Entertainment is fully insured under our general liability policy, commercial vehicle and workman’s comp insurance. If you’d like your event, company or location listed as additionally insured under our policy for the date of your event, Additionally Insured Certificates are $30 per entity listed.
When to Book an Event
*Book your event as soon as possible! We are typically booked out multiple weeks, or months, in advance, especially weekends. Even if details aren’t fully lined up for your event, we can hold or reserve attractions per request. Just give us a call!
Indoor Capability for Rides & Inflatables
*As long as your indoor location is large enough to accommodate the chosen attractions’ space and height requirements, any attraction can operate indoors. Even our mobile Zip Line!
Weight Limits or Height Restrictions
*Each ride and attraction varies on the height and weight restrictions. Adults can go on most inflatables and rides.
*All inflatables and most rides require anywhere from one to three 20amp circuits. Power source must be within 100 feet of where the attraction is to be placed. If adequate power is not available on-site, we can provide generators to supply power for your event. Generators for $30/generator/hour.
Paying Remaining Balance Due
*Final payment of remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event. You may give cash or check to the crew leader upon their arrival. Our staff cannot process credit cards on-site. Please be sure to make your final payment prior to set-up the day of your event.
*The amount of space needed depends on the type and number of attraction(s) you’re renting for your event. Dimensions for each attraction can be found on our website under the “Attractions” tab.
Drop-Off / Pick-Up Requirements
*You must stay with our equipment at all times while it is in your possession. Per our Drop-Off Release Waiver, you are responsible for whatever equipment we drop off, including blowers and cords.
Crew Arrival Time
*Please allow our Vertical Edge crew access to event site 2 hours prior to start of your event (unless other arrangements have been made in advance).
Maximum Wind Limits
*Each inflatable has their own wind ratings which range from 15mph – 25mph. Even when anchored with stakes or sandbags, if wind gusts exceed those maximum wind limits, they will be shut down for the safety of you and your guests.
*The delivery charge is factored into your total package quote. It is based on the location of your event and the number of trucks required to bring the attractions to your event’s location.
*We offer a 5% discount for first time clients. We also offer a 10% discount if you bundle 4 or more inflatable attractions. (Bundle discount does not include any mechanical rides or Screamer Slide). Only one discount may be applied to an attraction. (For example, 4 bundled inflatables discounted at 10% would not be included in the 5% discount on the rest of the attractions in your package).
